A Quick Note on Holiday Hours
We know that despite it being the Christmas season, businesses do not stop and as such -- the support team at WHMCS Services will be available throughout the festive period.
Support operations will be limited on 30th and 31st December but will resume to normally scheduled service on 4th January 2021.
Custom work will return on 4th January 2021.
Thank you all for making 2020 such a great year for us! We’re looking forward to continually improving our software development in 2021 with additional features and more stable releases so that you can run your business more smoothly.
In the next couple of weeks, we’ll be releasing NEW modules as well as NEW VERSIONS of WS Modules. Also, working on a new website.

Installing New Order Ticket is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:
1 - Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2 - Login to admin area go to Configuration > System Settings > Addon Modules
3 - In the Addons page you will see the New Order Ticket click activate then click configure to see the options
4 - You can access your module at 'Addons' → New Order Ticket you setup everything you need.

This is a Legacy service which was replaced by minFraud Score. We recommend using minFraud Score instead, but users can contact us to specifically request Legacy Proxy Detection permissions if necessary

Please be informed that there will be a price increases on the Update/Support only.
I know many of you believe we did not make frequent updates on the old version of WHMCS but you can be sure that once WHMCS v8.1 is released we will be doing updates on all our WHMCS modules. If your modules have expired then you will not be able to get the new version.

Possible Merging WS Phone Verification with WS SMS Manager Module |

I am considering merging WS Phone Verification with WS SMS Manager. We are taking this action because I have been receiving many emails from clients inquiring about the following: Merge both WS Phone Verification with WS SMS Manager as well as giving us the option to choose between WS Phone Verification or WS SMS Manager. Options to choose between:
1) Merged WS Phone Verification with WS SMS Manager or
2) WS Phone Verification or
3) WS SMS Manager
For members who have already purchased one of the following: WS Phone Verification or WS SMS Manager, you may be able to upgrade to this new module -- it will depend on many factors. For example, if you have both modules, you will get a new merged module for free. If you have any one of the two modules you will have to pay a fee of $19.99 to upgrade WS Phone Verification or WS SMS Manager to the new merged version. But you will also have the option to keep your current module if you like.
