An issue has been identified in the 2.2.0 release - published on 22th 11/13/2020, Working hours just show in support pages & pages don't have sidebar

Resolution

We are releasing a hot-fix patch that introduces logic to handle this scenario.

Installing Client Verification s very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Login to admin area go to Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES
3) In the Addons page you will see the Client Verification click activate then click configure to see the options

4) You can access your module at 'Addons' → Client Verification then you setup everything you need.
5) You can edit the email template Configuration > System Settings > Email Templates and you find 4 templates

WS Client verification - Account required
WS Client verification - Account verified
WS Client verification – Document not accepted
WS Client verification - Admin notification

6) More Data Security (Option)
We recommend moving data writeable directories to a non-public location to prevent web-based access.
Edit the config.php file and specify the path to the new location by adding a new line:
$ws_upload_folder = "new folder name";

Remember: After upgrading, your browser may still display cached versions of the previous files. So if you get any display issues or inconsistencies, always try clearing your cache first, both in your browser, and the WHMCS templates cache (templates_c folder files)

When you do a test make sure that you do not login as admin. Logout and test the module as a client

  WS Replay Above Line Discontinued

Please be informed that we have now discontinued the development of the WS Replay Above Line. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The main reason for discontinuing this module is because there are simply too many mails software out that don’t work/not compatible with the module. This makes it very difficult to fix each one of the software if I don’t have the software.

We can change it to any WHMCS Module that is comparable in price. Please let us know which WHMCS Module you choose or we can also credit the amount to your account so you can purchase any other module that is comparable in price. You can go to www.whmcsservices.com/whmcs.php to see the module you like to choose

If you have the source code then no credit or exchange of this module.

Installing UptimeStatus is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

2 - Login to admin area go to Configuration > System Settings > General > ADDON MODULES
3 - In the addon modules page you will see the Uptime Status click activate then click configure to see the options
4 - If you on use uptimedoctor.com or hyperspin.com then see #5
5 - The URL To your uptimedoctor.com or hyperspin.com RSS Feed.

6 - You can access your module at 'Addons' → ‘Uptime Status’
7 – Client can see the UptimeStatus at the client area or go to Network Status and see Uptime Status on Top left side

NOTE: For v7.x and newer versions, the menu item will be added to the client area automatically, and to change the text displayed on the menu item, please check the language file $_ADDONLANG['page_title'] and set this to your own preference
