Installing Support Pin is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Activate the module in WHMCS via the Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES screen. You will see the Support Pin click activate then click configure to see the options

Please note: Do not forget to press Configure and choose the Admin Role Groups who are permitted to have access to the Module.
3) Log in to your WHMCS admin area and edit the administrator role permission settings

There are 3 permissions for support pin, 1. admins can see and check support pins 2. admin can see and check and expire (full permissions) 3. Client Summary PIN

Most WHMCS users use no encryption or a simple text box for users to enter details about their services, this looks unprofessional and does not promote your business as caring about your user's data. With this module, users can enter details into the secure form. The details are then encrypted and held in your database. You can use the dedicated form to search for the user's login credentials by using the ticket number at which point they will be decrypted and displayed to you or view your customer's sensitive information directly from the WHMCS ticket interface.
