A Quick Note on Holiday Hours
We know that despite it being the Christmas season, businesses do not stop, and as such -- the support team at WHMCS Services will be available throughout the festive period.

Support operations will be limited on the 30th and 31st of December but will resume normally scheduled service on the 2nd of January 2025.

Custom work will return on 2nd January 2025.

Modules Support
Starting January 2025 we are going to stop supporting WHMCS 8.7.x to 8.9.x. Note that there are no more modules you can download that are compatible with these two (2) versions. The only module version you will be enabled to download is 8.10.x, 8.11.x and 8.12.

First, you need to make sure you back up the module because we will not have any versions that are not compatible with WHMCS 8.6.x. 8.7.x 8.8.x and 8.9. We highly recommend that you upgrade your WHMCS to version 8.11.x. It is stable and fully supported.

Installing WhatsApp Chat Support is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside!
2) Login to the admin area and go to Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES
3) In the addon modules page, you will see WhatsApp Chat Support click activate then click configure to see the options
4) Check the Full Administrator box in the Access Control then click Save changes
