We have changed the module folder to support_pin because they alot module have the same old name. It was cost problem with my update manager module.
You need to do the following:
1) You need to deactivate the old Support Pin Module complete and delete all.
2) Then upload the new module
3) Activate the module in WHMCS via the Configuration > System Settings > Addon Modules. You will see the Support Pin click activate and add your key, then click configure to see the options.
