1- Log in to your WHMCS admin area and edit the administrator role
Setup > Staff Management > Administrator Role
There are 3 permissions for support pin, 1. admins can see and check support pins 2. admin can see and check and expire (full permissions ) 3. Support Staff can see Client Summary only.
You need to add Administrator Roles for permissions
2 - You can access your module at 'Addons' → ‘Support Pin’ they you setup everything you need.
